When's the best time to call?
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Mid-morning and early afternoon are most likely to catch Luke. If he's on site and can't answer, he'll call back within 4 working hours during business hours.
How long until you reply to a form enquiry?
Within 4 working hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm). Weekend enquiries get a reply on Monday morning. We don't have an automated bot — the reply comes from Luke directly.
Can you come out for an urgent job?
Tell us what's happened when you call and we'll be straight with you about timing. We're not a 24-hour emergency callout service, but for genuinely urgent work — storm damage, a structural problem, insurance repair — we'll do our best to get to you quickly and tell you honestly if it's not something we can prioritise.
Do you visit my property before quoting?
Yes. We don't quote building work blind. We come to your property, look at the job, measure up, and talk through what you want before sending a written quote. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation.
Do you take on commercial enquiries as well as domestic?
Both. We work across domestic and commercial projects — get in touch the same way (phone or form) and tell us a bit about the building and the work, and we'll arrange a visit.
